These Cyber Risk Assessment Terms (“Assessment Terms”) govern 5D Cyber, Inc.’s complimentary cybersecurity risk assessment (the “Assessment”). By submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Final terms are subject to review and amendment by 5D Cyber, Inc. legal counsel before publication.
The requester represents that they own or possess sufficient authority to authorize testing of all submitted assets. Any request made without proper authority will be declined.
Testing is limited to assets accepted by 5D Cyber, Inc. and to the explicitly authorized external assessment scope. 5D Cyber, Inc. may modify the requested scope as necessary to ensure a controlled, compliant assessment.
The complimentary assessment does not authorize destructive testing, exploitation, denial-of-service activity, social engineering, credential attacks, or unauthorized access. Assessment activities are limited to non-intrusive, externally observable techniques.
Assessment findings represent observed conditions at a point in time and may contain false positives, false negatives, or findings requiring additional validation.
The assessment does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities, threats, or security weaknesses will be identified.
Organizations remain responsible for evaluating and implementing remediation actions appropriate to their environment.
The requester may not submit third-party systems, domains, or assets without authorization from the owner.
5D Cyber, Inc. may reject or decline an assessment request, modify requested scope, or request additional authorization before conducting testing.
5D Cyber, Inc. will handle assessment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
